BORO NEXTGEN is a leadership-driven initiative designed for young adults ages 13–25 who are ready to step forward, take responsibility, and make a measurable impact in their community and their own lives.
Why BORO NEXTGEN Exists
Hillsborough has always invested in its youth — not just in programs, but in potential.
Through Republican le township-supported initiatives and strategic partnerships, nearly $100,000 in grants have strengthened mentoring programs, leadership training, and youth-focused nonprofits. These investments have helped cultivate confidence, accountability, and community engagement among young residents.
BORO NEXTGEN builds on that foundation — elevating the focus from participation to leadership development.
