The Hillsborough Republican Club works incredibly hard to keep Hillsborough a wonderful place for seniors to live their BEST life.
We know that Hillsborough has grown into a stable community of roughly 43,000–45,000 residents with a median age just over 42 years, reflecting a balanced population that includes families, professionals, and a strong senior community.
Today, about 15% of Hillsborough residents — roughly 6,500 people — are age 65 and older, showing that Hillsborough is not just family-friendly, but truly multi-generational.
